If you are not completely happy with any item you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, please send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.

This guarantee is good for 14 days from the date of the customer receiving the order, providing the items are returned undamaged (except if reason for return is damaged goods) and in the same packaging as dispatched. When returning your item you must return all free promotion items where applicable.

If the item is found to be damaged or faulty, upon receipt of the faulty item S&R Jewellery will dispatch a new one and provide a refund of postage costs incurred by you in order to return it. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us. We regret we cannot give a refund if the goods have been disposed of.

Where we have made the mistake we will provide a full refund of the postage costs incurred by you in order to return the faulty product.

Please email us and let us know that you would like to return an item(s) before you return anything.

We advise customers to insure the returns, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Once we have received the goods, the refund will go to the purchaser's credit card or pay pal account.
