Welcome to the S&R Jewellery online service. By placing an order using this service you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

Goods are supplied by S&R Jewellery ltd directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and S&R Jewellery ltd. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.

Prices, Description and availability of goods

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We cannot guarantee that colours in our images will be rendered correctly on different computer screen. The product dimensions supplied are intended to give an approximate indication and may be slightly different. Products shown may not be actual size.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving any explanation.

Payment methods

You may order online using a credit / debit card (We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Solo and Maestro)or with paypal. Cheques and postal orders should always be in pounds sterling made payable to S&R Jewellery. Please note that if ordering with a cheque or postal order, than the order shall not be dispatched until the cheque or postal order clears in the bank.

Sales tax

Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable is included in the price and will be shown on the invoice.

We own the copyright to all the contents of this website, including images.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the website without written consent from us except for your own personal and non-commercial use only.

Delivery arrangements

The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque or postal order, as we will not dispatch goods until it has cleared has cleared. Cancellation/ Returns

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our “100% Money Back Guarantee” means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, you may cancel your order and return the goods to S&R Jewellery within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
